Good Housing Works is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, a developer of affordable housing that consists of multi-family complexes, single family and multi-use properties within communities of the greater SF Bay area.
Across California, there is a shortgae of rental homes affordable and available to extremely low households (ELI). whose incomes are at or below the poverty guidelines or 30% of their area median income (AMI).
Our affordable housing solutions help serve the needs of people employed in the professions that we rely upon to make every community viable. People such as teachers, teacher’s aids, nursing assistants, medical technologists, retail workers, restaurant personnel, emergency services providers and law enforcement as well as people with physical and/ or mental disabilities, seniors, and veterans.
Working with a variety of nonprofit, for profit and public agency partners, Good Housing Works develops affordable housing communities across the greater San Francisco Bay area in order to provide quality homes for people who need one.
